Multistage automatic spray washing tunnel to continuously clean mechanical components.
The washing process is made through the sprinkle of hollow cone nozzles above, below and alongside the loading belt to clean the components in every detail.
After every washing the washing solution is collected into the loading tank and recycled to the end.
Washing temperature gets up to 85°C with low energy loss thanks to the high insulated panels granting at the same time high performance on cleaning dry greasing components. It also helps out a fast and quick dry.
The washing tunnel can be set with multiple stages (i.e. rinsing, drying, passivation) for a complete working process.
